  1. For faster and better results, contact the associate by phone and tell them that you require access to your Category Listings Report on the Inventory Reports dashboard. Input your phone number according to your country and click on the Call me now button.

  1. Make sure that if the associate tells you that you now have access to your Category Listings Report, check the Inventory Reports dashboard and the previously described steps. The option for Category Listings Report should already be there (refresh the page just in case). If it isn't, wait 15 minutes, should the option not appear on the dropdown menu for the Reports after that time, contact Seller Support again.
