Vanessa Hung’s first client hit 7 figures
Our founder Vanessa Hung started as an account manager and took her first client to seven figures in one year, and along the way she became fascinated with the Flat Files, catalog structure, and account health signals that decide whether a listing exists, ranks, or converts.
- 2020
Online Seller Solutions was founded
Sellers kept turning to Vanessa when they hit a wall with Amazon. What began as sharing solutions and SOPs became an agency that uncovers root causes and solves complex problems.
- 2021
Our founder started showcasing how to do Amazon troubleshooting
Vanessa began teaching Amazon troubleshooting in public, starting with her first in-person workshop in Miami and continuing as a regular voice on Amazon podcasts, where she walked sellers through all of Amazon’s backend systems.
